The 12th World Urban Forum concluded, held under the theme "It All Starts Locally – Working Together for Sustainable Cities and Communities," with the participation of around 30,000 people from 180 countries. The event took place at the Egypt International Conference Center, making Egypt the first African country to host this important global event under the patronage of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.
