This 450-kilometer railway network, operating at speeds up to 300 km/h, drastically reduces travel time, making journeys between these cities fast and efficient. Its modern, sleek trains are equipped with comfortable seating, air conditioning, and facilities for passengers with special needs, ensuring a pleasant journey for all.

This rail system is particularly significant for the millions of pilgrims who visit Makkah and Al-Madinah annually for Hajj and Umrah. It eases their travel, offering a reliable, time-saving option. The stations, architecturally impressive, reflect traditional Islamic designs blended with modern elements. They are equipped with various amenities, including retail and dining options, enhancing the overall travel experience.
