The 20th Ismailia Camel Racing Festival was held on February 26 and 27, with delegations from the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and prominent Egyptian tribes participating.  
The festival was first launched in 1995 and continued until 2010 before being halted following the January Revolution. It was then revived in 2014 and ran until 2020, before being suspended again due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This year, the Governor of Ismailia decided to bring the festival back for its 20th edition.
