Festivities and demonstrations swept through several Sudanese cities today, Saturday, celebrating the Sudanese army's recapture of Wad Madani, the capital of Al-Jazirah State. Citizens took to the streets in many areas, expressing their joy with tears and ululations in celebration of the city's liberation.
