south sinai, Egypt - May 16, 2025: Opening of the Greek Club in the city of Dahab, South Sinai Governorate.

In the presence of prominent figures and representatives from both the Greek and Egyptian governments, the Greek Community Club was inaugurated in the city of Dahab. It is the first club of its kind in South Sinai Governorate and the second in Egypt after the Greek Club in Cairo.

The club is built in a style that reflects Greek culture. It features a restaurant serving traditional Greek cuisine, accommodations for Greek staff working at the club, and an open-air theater for hosting entertainment events for visitors. The club also includes a service area with shops, bazaars, a kids' area, and a swimming pool.

On the sidelines of the inauguration, a performance was held by the “Florina Greek Band,” consisting of 15 female performers and 4 musicians, presenting artistic segments that showcased Greek heritage through traditional folklore.
