Hommos El Sham, Halabessa or Halabissa as called in Egypt, Leblebi as called in Gulf countries especially in Iraq, is chickpea soup or savory drink served with lemon, mostly hot, it's a popular dish / snack soup in Egypt especially in winter as it's very warming and useful in the cold.
