Cave of Hira' is located in Jabal al-Nour also known as "Hill of the Illumination" which is a mountain Mecca in the Hejaz region, the grotto or cave of Hira' is holding a tremendous significance for Muslims throughout the world, as it is here where the prophet Muhammad had received his first revelation of the Quran, which consisted of the first five ayat of Surah Al-Alaq from the angel Jibra'il Mecca-Saudi Arabia.
