The Egyptian Ministry of Local Development's implemented the decision of the new opening and closing times for shops, restaurants, cafes, workshops, and commercial malls starting from Monday,1 July until Thursday, 26 September. According to the decision made by Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly, commercial shops will open from 7 am to 10 pm on weekdays and from 7 am to 11 pm on weekends trying to reduce the volume of petroleum products. Imported in light of the rising temperatures, as well as the unprecedented rise in electricity consumption rates Cairo-Egypt.
